On-site training may be arranged for assisted living facilities with three or more individuals needing certification. A mileage fee may apply.

We provide professional training and consulting services for individuals and providers in Maryland. We are certified by the Office of Health Care Quality to offer the 80-hour Assisted Living Manager course and the 20-hour Assisted Living Manager course. Our services are designed to strengthen assisted living operations through education, compliance support, and practical guidance.

Our Vision
5 Star Assisted Living Training & Consulting is dedicated to helping assisted living providers and future assisted living managers succeed through quality training, education, and consulting support. We are certified by the Office of Health Care Quality to provide the 80-hour Assisted Living Manager course and the 20-hour Assisted Living Manager course.
Our goal is to prepare individuals and organizations with the knowledge, skills, and guidance needed to operate successful assisted living programs and remain compliant with state requirements. We also provide additional staff training and annual required trainings, including fire and life safety, infection control with standard precautions, basic food safety, emergency and disaster planning, and behavioral health training.
Beyond training, we support providers with deficiency assistance, policy and procedure development, resident books, staff books, and application guidance.
